Brett has 40+ years of diverse transportation management experience with suppliers of services and private fleets. He has managed three of the nation’s top 100 private commercial fleets, where he reduced costs and significantly improved safety and compliance statistics.

Over his career, Brett has been instrumental in designing and managing the fleet and DOT compliance programs for a number of large and complex companies, including:

While at US Filter, the company grew to a Fortune 500 status with 150 acquisitions over three years and Brett’s responsibilities increased to managing approximately 7,000 vehicles.

Brett is recognized as a transformative industry leader, innovative thinker, and high-performance team builder with a vast knowledge of DOT compliance and Fleet Management. He holds a CTP Certification from the National Private Truck Council (NPTC), has served as a member of the NPTC’s Board of Governors and Board of Directors, and served on several Industry Advisory Boards.

MARK LEGRAND

Mark was formerly director of sales for a multi-national fleet management company, where he earned several annual Circle of Excellence performance awards. Mark was routinely assigned underperforming territories and helped turn each area around.

Prior to his role as director of sales, Mark was an area vice president for a US-based fleet management company where he managed the Great Lakes region, generating over $48M in sales annually.

Throughout his career, Mark has executed numerous successful new business partnerships, helping clients become aware of gaps in compliance and find resolutions for them while increasing revenues and reducing administrative costs.
