The long awaited changes to the Federal Motor Carrier hours-of-service regulations become effective at 12:01 AM EST on September 29, 2020. The specific areas that will be modified are 1) Short Haul Exemption, 2) Adverse Driving Conditions, 3) 30-Minute Break, and 4) Sleeper Berth Splits.
